What are your shipping times?

Our shipping times are between 3 to 10 working days.

What should I do if my product has a defect?

We invite you to contact our customer service, at your disposal from Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 2 p.m. preferably photos)

How are returns handled?

Returns are only possible, for pre-ordered products, when an exchange is made. To be refunded, the items must not have been worn, washed or damaged and must be returned in their original packaging, in perfect condition for resale.

Where should I send my return?

Returns can be sent to the following address. To track your return until it arrives at our warehouse, use the tracking number found on the original return form receipt.
